Terms of Service

Effective: September 2026 • Platform: strongiptv.ca

Welcome to STRONG IPTV. By accessing or utilizing the digital media routing services on strongiptv.ca, you enter into a binding agreement with our platform. Please review these operational rules and technical service criteria carefully before purchasing.

01

Independent Reseller Status & Content Disclaimer

strongiptv.ca operates strictly as an independent third-party distributor and technical reseller. We do not own, manage, maintain, or host any streaming servers, data centers, or digital content archives.

Role as Intermediary

Our service is limited exclusively to providing access codes, playlist routing credentials, and client technical connectivity to third-party streaming server providers. We possess zero direct control over individual channel feeds, transmissions, audio/video synchronization, schedules, or availability.

Content Liability Exclusion

We do not store, rebroadcast, or transmit any media files on our infrastructure. All streams and VOD libraries are routed from independent external infrastructure. Consequently, STRONG IPTV assumes no liability for any content alterations, missing channels, or transmission modifications initiated by upstream server hosts.

02

Acceptance & Eligibility

By engaging with our platform or purchasing any subscription package, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal majority in your territory of residence to enter into electronic commercial agreements.

Account Security

Users are strictly accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of their generated playlist links, M3U credentials, and portal logins. Any unauthorized distribution, re-streaming, or line-splitting across simultaneous non-authorized devices will trigger an automatic security lock without prior notice.

03

Service Availability & ISP Routing

strongiptv.ca delivers optimized digital streaming feeds through low-latency CDN routing clusters. While upstream networks aim for 99.9% uptime, intermittent latency or stream rerouting may occur during scheduled backbone maintenance, ISP traffic throttling, or global routing changes beyond our operational scope.

Ultra HD, 4K, and 8K playback stability requires adequate end-user bandwidth (recommended 30 Mbps minimum) and compatible client hardware.

04

Subscriptions & Activation

Access is provisioned on a prepaid, term-limited subscription basis (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Accounts are generated and provisioned promptly once transaction clearance is verified by our billing gateways.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically without express consent. Manual renewal is required upon term expiry to maintain uninterrupted routing access.

05

Digital Goods Refund & Cancellation

Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of IPTV credentials and server line allocations, all sales are considered final once an active credential string has been generated and delivered.

If an irrecoverable server routing failure is demonstrated and verified by our technical engineers within the first 24 hours of provisioning, our support staff may review credit or partial compensation at our sole technical discretion.

06

Third-Party Trademarks & DMCA

All channel logos, trademarks, program titles, and brand references displayed or accessible via third-party streams remain the intellectual property of their respective broadcasters and corporate entities. STRONG IPTV is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any media networks or television brands.

07

Limitation of Liability

In no event will STRONG IPTV, its owners, or distributors be liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app incompatibility, hardware freeze, ISP throttling, or regional DNS blocks. Users are advised to configure custom secure DNS or VPN setups when facing regional network limitations.

08

Support & Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to revise operational protocols and policy clauses whenever necessary to adapt to technological or compliance requirements. Inquiries regarding these terms can be routed directly through our 24/7 WhatsApp customer helpdesk on strongiptv.ca.
