Content & Reseller Disclaimer

Status: Independent Technical Reseller • Inquiries: admin@strongiptv.ca

IMPORTANT NOTICE: strongiptv.ca operates exclusively as an independent technical reseller and subscription distributor. All digital streams, live television broadcasts, VOD libraries, and media transmissions accessible via our subscription lines are aggregated and hosted by independent, external third-party infrastructure. We do not own, create, host, or manage any of the media content provided.

01

Independent Reseller & Intermediary Role

strongiptv.ca is purely a mediator and reseller platform. Our commercial activity is limited strictly to facilitating connectivity, issuing activation strings, and providing customer support for subscription access codes.

No Server Ownership

We do not own, operate, manage, or maintain the physical servers, upstream data centers, or cloud encoders responsible for streaming delivery. All access points are leased or allocated through external global provider networks.

02

Absolute Non-Hosting Policy

At no point do our web systems, databases, or local host servers store or transmit digital video or audio files:

Direct Peer-to-Provider Transmission

All video feeds, channel broadcasts, and on-demand movies stream directly from remote third-party source servers to your client device or application (e.g., Smart TV, Firestick, or mobile player). No media passes through or is archived on strongiptv.ca.

03

Total Exclusion of Content Liability

Because all broadcast materials originate from external sources beyond our operational control, we accept zero responsibility or liability for the nature, legality, accuracy, or quality of the content streamed.

No Editorial Control

We do not manage, select, schedule, censor, or modify individual channels, language feeds, subtitles, or video titles. Upstream providers maintain full operational discretion over channel lineups, which may fluctuate, update, or be removed without our prior knowledge.

Third-Party Transmission Interruptions

Temporary downtime, audio-video desynchronization, program schedule discrepancies, or stream buffer events resulting from upstream origin changes fall outside our liability scope.

04

Third-Party Trademarks & Copyrights

All product names, channel identities, network logos, sports league emblems, and copyrighted broadcasts displayed or accessible belong exclusively to their respective rights holders and broadcasting networks.

No Affiliation

strongiptv.ca claims no ownership, copyright, or licensing affiliation with any television brand, movie studio, sports league, or digital publisher. Any reference to specific networks is made solely for descriptive, technical indexation, and compatibility purposes.

05

End-User Compliance & Responsibility

By purchasing an access line or playlist through our platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Territorial Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access and utilization of online digital media streaming conforms to the telecommunication guidelines and copyright legislation of your local jurisdiction.

Network Environment

You are solely responsible for maintaining the appropriate digital hardware, player applications, bandwidth speed, and private network protocols (such as custom DNS or VPNs) required to connect to external streaming endpoints.

06
