Refund Policy

At STRONG IPTV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy on all new subscriptions. Please review the qualifying conditions, administrative deductions, and non-refundable technical circumstances outlined below before submitting a claim.

7-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee

If you experience persistent technical difficulties with our streaming connection, or if the service does not meet your personal expectations, you are entitled to request a refund strictly within seven (7) calendar days from your original purchase timestamp.

Administrative & Server Credit Deductions ($2.00 – $3.00)

Approved refunds within the 7-day window are not issued at 100% full transaction value. A mandatory non-refundable deduction of $2.00 to $3.00 USD/CAD will be withheld from the total refund amount.

This deduction directly covers irrecoverable server line slot allocations, wholesale distributor credit burning, gateway transaction costs, and dedicated live technical support provisioning.

Strict Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refund requests will be definitively declined if the reported streaming interruption falls outside of our direct server infrastructure:

Purchases Exceeding Seven (7) Days

Any cancellation or refund claim submitted after seven days (168 hours) from the initial transaction date is strictly ineligible. No pro-rated or partial refunds will be granted once the first week has passed.

ISP Blocking & Regional IP Restrictions

If your local internet service provider (ISP) restricts, filters, throttles, or blocks streaming protocols and server IP nodes in your region, this does not constitute a server failure on our part. Customers experiencing ISP routing blocks are advised to utilize a secure VPN or custom DNS configurations.

Client-Side Application & Device Errors

Issues resulting from outdated third-party IPTV applications (e.g., IBO Player, IPTV Smarters, TiviMate), incompatible Smart TV OS firmware, local cache corruption, or insufficient hardware processing power remain the customer's technical responsibility and do not qualify for a refund.

Insufficient Local Bandwidth

Buffering caused by inadequate home internet bandwidth (a minimum sustained connection of 30 Mbps is required for stable 4K UHD streaming) cannot be attributed to our server lines and is strictly non-refundable.

Mandatory Technical Troubleshooting Step

Before any refund request is approved, our technical assistance desk must be permitted an opportunity to troubleshoot your playlist setup. Over 90% of connectivity difficulties are resolved within minutes through portal updates, line resets, or DNS optimizations.

Refund Settlement Protocol

Approved refunds (minus the $2.00 – $3.00 administrative credit deduction) are issued exclusively back to the original funding source used during checkout.

Banking Timelines

Credit card and merchant banking institutions generally require 5 to 10 business days to post refunded balances to your account statement once authorized by our payment team.

Disputes & Chargeback Warning

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card issuer or digital wallet before contacting our direct customer desk violates these terms. Any unauthorized dispute results in the immediate cancellation of active service credentials and permanent IP blacklisting across our entire streaming network.

To request a refund within your eligible 7-day period, message our 24/7 WhatsApp helpdesk on strongiptv.ca with your Invoice/Order Number, active M3U/MAC details, and a clear explanation of the issue encountered.
